Quite often your first point of contact with us will be the phone. When you call us you will always be speaking to experienced technicians. We listen to your problem and where possible we will provide you with free technical suggestions that can resolve your problem.
Can you fix my computer without me bringing it in to you, i.e. remotely?
Yes and frequently we do now. Please see our remote support section.
I've bought a new computer from xyz can you set it up for me and transfer my data and email from my old one.
Yes, either at your place or ours.
What are your fees?
M&T have minimum charges as follows
Remote Support - $25.00
Laptop Repair - $95.00
Desktop Computer Repairs - $75.00
Monitors - $45.00
Printers - $45.00 inc GST
We always give you a quote to complete a repair. If you choose to proceed with a repair, the repair cost is as quoted. The minimum charge is not on top of the quoted repair. For payment we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, cheques (subject to clearence) and business cheques by prior arrangement.
Do you do call outs?
Yes we do On Site calls, to Home and Businesses in the greater Wellington area.
What do you do?
We service and sell everything to do with IT. This includes Laptops, Desktop computers, Printers, Plotters, Displays, Document Scanners, Networks, Software, New computer setups. Small business and home networks and offer Remote Support.
How long have you been in business?
Our business has been in operation under the same ownership and management since 1994.
Do you do work outside Wellington?
Yes we do. We provide services to companies and individuals throughout New Zealand. This includes supplying parts and services either directly or with partners in other centres.
How long does a repair take?
Workshop turnaround time is generally 24 hours or same day unless parts are required. On site response is either same day or next day. Remote support is immediate.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8.30AM till 5.30 PM Monday - Friday

Yes we provide after hours support, please call 0800 60 6000 24 hours a day if you need urgent help.
Parking
Parking is very good outside our premises in Willis Street, you will always find a carpark within 30 metres of us. On the opposite side of the road is free 10 minute parking. Please look at our map for more info on finding us.
What if my computer needs parts?
If we need to order in parts, the delay could range from next day to 1 week or more. But in most cases we will either have the parts in stock or can order them in overnight. We carry a comprehensive range of laptop parts including disc drives, LCD screens, keyboards and power supplies. We source a lot of parts directly from manufacturers overseas.
Which brands do you service?
We service all brands of laptop and desktop computers.
Can you repair my laptop if I live far away from your workshop?
Yes you can send your laptop to us (registered) or we can organise a courier inexpensively to pick up from you and return when completed. Please make sure it is well packed and only send the laptop (unless the problem is no power) then send laptop and power supply. Click here for our freight label. Do you provide a warranty?
All our work is guaranteed for between 3 months and 1 year, parts and labour.
