So what can you do? Firstly, if you've spilt something on your laptop, remove the battery and power cord, and then call us. Remember you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In all cases of damage, bring your laptop and power supply in to us at Willis Street between 8.30 AM and 5.30PM Monday - Friday.
We will assess the damage and write you a report that you can take to your insurer. You will have the report the same day. If you have data on the laptop that you need that day, let us know and we will burn the files to a disc, so you can get on with working while we get on with getting you back in business.
